About Me: I have AuDHD and PMDD, along with OSDD-1b.I need clear, direct communication. Because of my mental health conditions, I struggle with vague instructions, mixed signals, or unclear expectations. I do best with step-by-step communication and patience if I ask questions or need clarity. If I ever cross a line, please tell me directly so I can understand and make it right. I don’t do well with being ignored or vague anger, causing me to spiral.I prefer deep conversations about interests and passions—small talk usually doesn’t work for me. I might not get jokes right away, and I won’t use VC or share pics unless I’m truly comfortable. I sometimes mimic others (echolalia) because I learn through observation, so please don’t take that the wrong way.I have RSD (rejection sensitive dysphoria), so if I go non-verbal, seem upset, or take time to respond, I may just need reassurance and space.
