About Me: I have AuDHD, PMDD, CPTSD, along with OSDD-1b.I need clear, direct communication. Because of my mental health conditions, I struggle with vague instructions, mixed signals, or unclear expectations. I do best with step-by-step communication and patience if I ask questions or need clarity. If I ever cross a line, please tell me directly so I can understand and make it right.
